目的 研究重症监护室(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)重症患者护理服务中预见性护理的应用价值.方法 前瞻性随机选取2022年6月—2023年6月山东第一医科大学第二附属医院ICU收治的80例重症患者为研究对象.使用随机数表法分为对照组(常规护理方法)和观察组(预见性护理方法),每组40例.对比两组并发症发生情况、生活质量评分和护理满意度.结果 观察组并发症发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(x2=4.500,P<0.05).护理前,两组生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 ICU重症患者护理服务中运用预见性护理模式可以获得更好的效果,可有效降低并发症发生率,促进生活质量和护理满意度的提高.
Effect of Predictive Nursing Service Model on Nursing Effect and Compli-cations of ICU Patients
Objective To study the application value of predictive nursing in intensive care unit(ICU)care.Methods A total of 80 critically ill patients admitted to ICU of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical Univer-sity from June 2022 to June 2023 were prospective randomly selected as the study objects.According to random num-ber table method they were divided into the control group(conventional nursing)and the observation group(predictive nursing),with 40 cases in each group.Incidence of complications,quality of life scores and satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of complications was 7.50%in the observation group,lower than 25.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.500,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant in quality of life scores before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the quality of life scores of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The to-tal satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of predictive nursing model in ICU nursing services can achieve better results,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,promote the improvement of quality of life and nursing satisfac-tion.
