Effect of Good Limb Position Placement Management on Pain Level and Limb Function Recovery in Hemiplegic Patients with Stroke
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of good limb position placement nursing in stroke patients. Methods A total of 92 patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to Liping County Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine from July 2021 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and were divided into control group and observation group with 46 cases each using random sequence. The control group received tra-ditional nursing, and the observation group received good limb placement management on the basis of traditional nursing.Pain relief, limb function recovery, quality of life and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The pain relief of the observation group on day 7,day 14 and day 21 were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of upper limb and lower limb motor function scale and posture control scale in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of physical health(13.57±2.26)points,mental health(12.37±2.42)points and independent ability(12.36±1.21)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.826,4.234,11.150,all P<0.05).The total inci-dence of adverse events in control group was higher than that in observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of stroke patients with hemiplegia, the use of good limb placement management mode can help alleviate the pain degree of patients, improve the effect of limb function recovery, and the incidence of adverse events in patients is less.
