Effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on Heart Rate Recovery in Pa-tients with Chronic Arrhythmia
Objective To explore the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on patients with chronic arrhythmia.Methods 48 patients with chronic arrhythmia admitted to the Internal Medicine Clinic of Urumqi Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from January to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and they were di-vided into control group(24 cases,conventional treatment)and observation group(24 cases,on the basis of control group,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction was given)according to random number table method.The therapeutic effect,heart rate variability index,heart function index and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score were com-pared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the con-trol group(95.83%vs 75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.181,P<0.05).After treatment,the standard deviation of the mean sinus interval,the standard deviation of the mean sinus interval,the root mean square of successive diiffenerce,the TCM syndrome score and the cardiac function index of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction can improve the heart function of patients with chronic arrhythmia and reduce the TCM syndrome score.
