Effect of Remote Ischemic Preconditioning on Intracranial Vascular Steno-sis Degree and Serum Indexes in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke
Objective To investigate the effect of remote ischemic preconditioning(RIPC)on the degree of intracranial vascular stenosis and serum indexes in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods A total of 80 AIS cerebro-vascular stenosis patients admitted to the Liaocheng Third People's Hospital from May 2021 to July 2023 were ran-domly selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)by random number table method. The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment, and the study group was given RIPC treatment. The degree of intracranial vascular stenosis, neurological function, serum index and daily living abil-ity were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the degree of intracranial vascular diameter steno-sis in the study group(18.23±3.46)% was lower than that in the control group(27.85±4.19)%,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.197,P<0.05);the degree of stenosis of intracranial vascular area in the study group(17.64±4.03)% was lower than that in the control group(26.79±5.02)%,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(t=8.989,P<0.05);the neurological function score and serum indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);the daily living ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion The application of RIPC in the treatment of AIS cerebrovascular stenosis can reduce the degree of intracranial vascular stenosis, improve neurological function and serum indexes, and improve the ability of daily living.
