Clinical Application of T-type Rubber Drainage Tube Binding the Lower Portion of Uterus Combined with Multiple Uterine Suture in Caesarean Section with High Risk of Postpartum Hemorrhage
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of T-type rubber drainage tube binding the lower segment of uterus combined with multiple uterine suture in high-risk postpartum hemorrhage cesarean section. Methods The clinical data of 64 puerpera with high risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage and undergoing cesarean section admitted to the Obstetrics Department of Xiangtan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to May 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the different ways of hemostasis, they were divided into control group and observation group, each with 32 cases. The control group was treated with conventional hemostasis, and the observation group was treated with T-type rubber drainage tube binding the lower uterine segment combined with mul-tiple uterine sutures. The hemostatic effect, operation time, hemostasis time, postpartum hemorrhage, postoperative hospitalization time and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total ef-fective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was 96.87%,which was higher than 81.25% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.010,P<0.05);the operation time, hemostasis time, and postopera-tive hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the amount of post-partum hemorrhage was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);the rate of blood transfusion and the amount of transfusion of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the ob-servation group were lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion T-type rubber drainage tube binding the lower portion of the uterus combined with multiple uterine suture can improve the hemostatic effect in high-risk postpartum hemorrhage cesarean section and reduce the risk of near and long term complications.
