Investigating the Value of Implementing Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules in Combination with Budesonide for Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis
Objective To analyze the effect of eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules combined with budesonide treatment in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods 200 cases of allergic rhinitis patients admitted to Children's Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University from May 2022 to December 2023 were prospective randomly selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group(budesonide treatment)and the observation group(eucalyptol,limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules combined with budesonide treatment),with 100 cases in each group according to the dice rolling method.Treatment efficiency,clinical symptom scores,inflamma-tory factor indicators,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%,higher than 89.00% in the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ2=6.663,P=0.009).After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the observa-tion group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indi-cators of inflammatory factor in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis,eucalyptol,limonene and pi-nene enteric soft capsules combined with budesonide treatment effect is remarkable,is conducive to reducing the pa-tient's inflammatory indexes,improve clinical symptoms.
