Clinical Analysis of the Effect of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy on the Treatment of Gallstones
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)in patients with gallstones. Methods A total of 60 patients with gallstones admitted to Yong'an Municipal Hospital from February 2021 to Febru-ary 2023 were randomly selected as study objects and divided into the study group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)by random number table method.Traditional surgery was used in the control group and LC was used in the study group.Perioperative indices, inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)],oxidative stress in-dex[glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD)],and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The length of incision and the duration of surgery, exhaustion, and hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=10.400,16.930,38.786,7.738,all P<0.05),and intraoperative bleeding was less, the difference was statistically significant(t=14.754,P<0.05).Postoperative IL-6 and CRP levels were elevated in both groups, but they were lower in the study group than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=8.083,27.832,both P<0.05).GSH-Px and SOD levels decreased in both groups after surgery, but they were higher in the study group than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=2.167,5.798,both P<0.05).The total complication rate of 3.33% in the study group was lower than 26.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion LC treatment of gallstones can shorten the length of incision, operation time, venting time, hospitalization time, reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, reduce the impact on the body's inflammatory re-sponse,reduce the body's oxidative stress, and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
