Clinical Study of Labetalol Combined with Low Molecular Heparin Inten-sive Treatment for Preeclampsia Combined with Fetal Growth Restriction
Objective To investigate the effect of labetalol and low molecular heparin intensive treatment for patients with preeclampsia combined with fetal growth restriction. Methods A total of 120 patients with preeclampsia com-bined with fetal growth restriction admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were simple randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group received intensive treatment with labetalol combined with low molecular weight heparin on the basis of control group.Placental blood perfusion, fetal development level, coagulation function and clinical related indexes were compared. Results After treatment, the peak systolic/end-diastolic blood flow velocity of umbilical artery in observation group was(2.46±0.15),which was lower than that in control group(2.99±0.19),and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.959,P<0.05).The pulse index of umbilical artery and resistance index of umbilical artery in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The fetal development level and coagulation function level in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in gestational week, delivery blood loss and birth weight between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion For preeclampsia combined with fetal growth restriction, the implementation of labetalol combined with low molecular heparin intensive treatment can help to improve blood perfusion, coagulation function and promote fetal growth and development.
