Effectiveness of Sublingual Captopril and Intravenous Nitroglycerin Drip for Hypertensive Emergency Treatment and Analysis of Complication Pre-vention
Objective To investigate the efficacy of sublingual captopril and intravenous nitroglycerin drip in the emer-gency treatment of hypertension and the significance of prevention of complications after the use of the drug. Methods 100 cases systematically of hypertensive emergency patients in Jinan First People's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected, and the grouping method was randomized table method. They were divided into two group,50 cases were in the control group and treated with nitroglycerin intravenous drip.In the observation group,50 cases were treated with sublingual captopril on the basis of the control group.Comparison of the two groups of treat-ment results, blood pressure and heart rate differences and complication rates were conduct. Results The clinical treat-ment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment, the blood pressure and heart rate levels of the two groups of patients were com-pared,and the differences were not statistically significant(both P>0.05);after treatment, the blood pressure and heart rate levels of the patients of the observation group were lower, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05);in comparison of the occurrence of complications between the two groups of patients, the observation group was 2.00% lower than that of the control group 14.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.891,P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous nitroglycerin drip combined with sublingual captopril can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of complications in hypertensive patients, which has high clinical value.
