Practical Value of Clinical Pathways Combined with High Quality Nursing in in Vitro Fertilization-embryo Transfer Pregnancy Assistance
Objective To explore the practical value of clinical pathway combined with high quality nursing in in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer pregnancy assistance.Methods From August 2022 to September 2023,67 infertile pa-tients treated in Reproductive Medicine Center of Heze Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital who underwent in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer technology were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing methods,the control group(33 cases)was given high-quality nursing mode,and the observation group(34 cases)was combined with clinical pathway nursing on the basis of the control group.Negative mood,nursing satisfac-tion,compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the adverse emo-tions of patients in both groups were relieved,and the adverse emotions of patients in the observation group were bet-ter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were(8.05±1.27)points and(81.54±3.66)points,which were signifi-cantly higher than those of the control group(6.35±1.01)points and(72.27±2.93)points,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(t=6.053,15.121,both P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathways combined with quality care in in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer technology can improve patients'bad mood,and can further improve compliance,care satisfaction and quality of life.
