Effect and Satisfaction Analysis of Respiratory Function Training on Reha-bilitation Nursing of Children with Pneumonia
Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of respiratory function training and nursing in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 children who went to the Department of Pediatrics of Xinjiang Urumqi First People's Hospital Branch due to pneumonia from June to December 2023 were randomly selected.They were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,based on the control group,the observation group received respiratory function training nursing.The differences of nursing compliance,comfort score and family satisfaction were compared between groups.Results The nursing compliance and comfort scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of family members of obser-vation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(70.00% ),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.646,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of respiratory function training nursing in the rehabilitation of children with pneumonia has a definite effect,can improve the rehabilitation nursing effect and family satisfaction.
