Effect of Stage Diet Nursing Combined with Humanistic Care on Quality of Life of Patients with Peptic Ulcer Complicated with Bleeding
Objective To analyze the effect of stage diet nursing and humanistic care nursing on patients with peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods A total of 80 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage admitted to Liupanshui People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were simple randomly selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups with 40 cases each by closed envelope method.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received stage diet and humanistic care.Before nursing intervention and 2 months after interven-tion,medication compliance,negative emotions[Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)]and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,medication compli-ance in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the HAMA score of the study group was(4.91±2.43)points,and the HAMD score was(4.28±1.16)points,both lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.057,18.778,both P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stage diet nursing and humanistic care can improve the treatment compliance of patients with ulcer bleeding,improve negative emotions,and improve the quality of life.
