Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in Perioperative Period on Postop-erative Indexes and Nursing Satisfaction in ESD Patients with Upper Diges-tive Tract Lesions
Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of patients with upper gastrointestinal lesions undergoing endoscopic mucosal dissection(ESD).Methods A total of 120 patients with ESD of upper digestive tract lesions in Liaocheng People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were ran-domly selected as the study objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing during perioperative period,and the observation group took rapid rehabilitation nursing during perioperative period.Nursing satisfaction,anxiety,depression,pain scale scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total satis-faction of nursing in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(81.67% ),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.175,P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety,depression and pain in both groups were decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of environment,social relationship,physi-ology and psychology in both groups were improved,and the scores of life quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing for ESD patients with upper digestive tract lesions can improve nursing satisfaction,im-prove patients'bad mood and pain symptoms,and improve patients'quality of life.
