目的 探讨对高血压性脑出血重症患者给予术后综合护理干预的临床效果.方法 回顾性选取2022年5月—2023年5月山东省立医院集团菏泽市立医院的66例高血压性脑出血重症患者的临床资料,根据护理方法不同分为两组.参照组(33例)采用常规护理方式,研究组(33例)采用综合护理方式.比较两组并发症总发生率、日常生活能力评分(Activities of Daily Living,ADL)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIH Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分.结果 研究组并发症总发生率(3.03%)低于参照组(21.21%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.120,P<0.05).护理后,研究组ADL评分、NIHSS评分均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 高血压性脑出血重症患者在接受术后护理期间,综合护理方式的有效应用,可促进患者各项功能、安全性显著提升.
Effect of Postoperative Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Severe Hy-pertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage after Operation
Objective To explore the clinical effect of postoperative comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Clinical data of 66 patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from Shandong Provincial Hospital Group Heze Municipal Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were ret-rospectively selected and were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The reference group(33 cases)received conventional nursing,and the study group(33 cases)received comprehensive nursing.The total com-plication rate,Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score and NIH Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the study group(3.03% )was lower than that in the refer-ence group(21.21% ),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.120,P<0.05).After nursing,the ADL score and NIHSS score of the study group were better than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the functions and safety of patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage during the postoperative nursing.
