Evaluation of Role of Personalized Nursing in the Prevention and Rehabili-tation of Adverse Nursing Events in Patients with Acute Cholecystitis
Objective To explore the role of personalized nursing in the prevention and rehabilitation of adverse nurs-ing events in patients with acute cholecystitis.Methods A total of 80 patients who received surgical treatment for acute cholecystitis in Jining Public Health Medical Center from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected as study objects and were divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group by random number table method.The routine group adopted the routine nursing method,and the personalized group applied the personalized nursing on the basis of the routine group.The negative emotion score,quality of life score,nursing satisfaction and incidence of nurs-ing adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the negative emotion and quality of life scores of the personalized group were better than those of the routine group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of personalized group was 100.00%,higher than that of routine group(75.00% ),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=11.429,P<0.05).After nursing,the inci-dence of nursing adverse events was lower than that of routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing can reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events in patients with acute cholecystitis,improve negative emotions and quality of life,and increase patient satisfaction.
