Effects of Clustered Management Combined with Psychological Interven-tion on Pain,Negative Emotions,and Sleep Quality in Trauma Fracture Patients
Objective To explore the effects of clustered management combined with psychological intervention on pain,negative emotions and sleep quality of trauma fracture patients.Methods A total of 218 cases of trauma fracture patients admitted to Hechi First People's Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to the order of admission,with 110 cases in the control group and 108 cases in the study group.The control group carried out routine nursing inter-ventions,and the study group adopted the nursing model of clustered management combined with psychological inter-vention.Pain,psychological condition,and sleep quality of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results 4 weeks after the nursing,Visual Analog Scale score[(2.22±0.46)points]in the study group was higher than that in the control group[(3.70±0.77)points],and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.189,P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of psychological condition and sleep quality of the study group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Clustered management com-bined with psychological intervention for trauma fracture patients can effectively relieve patients'pain and negative emotions,improve sleep quality,and promote postoperative rehabilitation of trauma fracture.
