Application of PDCA Model for Nursing Risk Control in Gastroenteros-copy
Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA model in nursing risk control in gastroenteroscopy.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients undergoing gastroscopy in the endoscopy center admitted to Weifang People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the specific nursing model,45 cases were in the conventional management group and 45 cases in the PDCA management group.The inci-dence of complications,nursing risk events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the conventional management group,the incidence of various types of nursing risk events,the inci-dence of complications during and after the examination in the PDCA management group was lower,with 0,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.186,4.186,both P<0.05).And the satisfaction rate of patients in PDCA management group for nursing care was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional manage-ment group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.294,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management model in the nursing care of gastroenteroscopy patients can effectively reduce the incidence of vari-ous types of risk events,and at the same time can reduce the incidence of various types of complications caused by the examination of patients and improve patient satisfaction.
