中医外治法治疗哺乳期乳腺炎的研究进展

摘要
哺乳期乳腺炎属于女性乳腺炎症疾病,具体原因尚不完全明晰.近年来,哺乳期乳腺炎的发病率逐年升高,因此,加强其诊治工作已成当务之急.中医认为,乳腺与脏腑、肝、脾、肾有密切的关系;哺乳期乳腺炎发病急,如不及时处理,极易溃烂成脓,成为脓毒血症,也可能发生乳瘘,患者要承受巨大的痛苦,所以采用外治方式具有一定的积极效果.现将中医外治法治疗哺乳期乳腺炎的研究情况作一简单综述.
Abstract
Lactational mastitis is an inflammatory disease of the female mammary gland,and the specific causes are not yet fully understood.In recent years,the incidence of lactational mastitis has been increasing year by year,there-fore,strengthening its diagnosis and treatment has become an urgent task.According to Chinese medicine,the mam-mary gland has a close relationship with the internal organs,liver,spleen and kidney.The onset of lactation mastitis is rapid,if not treated in time,it is very easy to ulcerate into pus,become septicemia,may also occur breast fistula,the patient has to suffer a great deal of pain,so the use of external treatment has a certain positive effect.A brief review of the research of external treatment of Chinese medicine in the treatment of lactational mastitis was presented.
