Clinical Efficacy Evaluation of Venolazan Combined with Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Infected with Helico-bacter Pylori
Objective To analyze the effects of different drug regimens in the treatment of peptic ulcer infected with helicobacter pylori(Hp),and to verify the clinical advantages of Venolazan combined with amoxicillin and clarithromy-cin.Methods A total of eighty patients with Hp infectious peptic ulcer admitted to the gastroenterology department of Jianhu County People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and di-vided into two groups with forty cases each by random number table method. The control group was treated with triple therapy, the observation group was treated with Venolazan combined with amoxicillin+clarithromycin. The therapeu-tic effect,Hp radical rate, adverse reactions, quality of life and inflammation indexes were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.275,P=0.012).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Hp radical treatment rate and qual-ity of life scale scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-8 in both groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Venolazan combined with amoxicillin+clarithromycin has good clini-cal efficacy and high safety in the treatment of Hp peptic ulcer, which can effectively cure Hp,improve the level of in-flammatory factors in patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
