Analysis of the Effect of Gamma Globulin Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Neonatal Pneumonia
Objective To analyze the efficacy of gamma globulin combined with budesonide in the treatment of neona-tal pneumonia.Methods Ninety-six cases of neonatal pneumonia in Shanxian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the treatment group by random lottery method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the treatment group was treated with gamma globulin combined with budesonide,and the clini-cal efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(97.92％)was higher than that of the control group(81.25％),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.144,P=0.008).Af-ter treatment,the cardiac enzyme spectrum level of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms(wheezing,lung rales,fever,cough)and hospitalization time were shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the im-mune function and inflammation indexes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of gamma globulin combined with budesonide in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia is accurate,which is beneficial to improve the level of cardiac en-zyme spectrum,immune function,inflammatory response of children,and can shorten the treatment time.
