Diagnostic Effect of CT and MR in Traumatic Hemorrhage
Objective To investigate the effect and value of CT and MR In the clinical diagnosis of traumatic hemor-rhage.Methods A total of sixty patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage and sixty healthy physical examination subjects admitted to Beijing Anding Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2020 to December 2022 were prospective simple randomly selected as the study subjects, and CT examination and MR Examination were performed respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the two techniques in diagnosing different types of traumatic hemorrhage were analyzed. Results The sensitivity of CT was 86.67%,and the accuracy 89.17%was higher than that of MR,the differences were statistically significant(x2=16.302,26.011,both P<0.05).There was significant difference between CT and MR in the diagnosis of different types of traumatic hemorrhage(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical diagnosis of traumatic cerebral hemorrhage can be made by CT examination and MR Examination, both of which have their own advantages.Reasonable selection should be made according to the specific conditions of patients to ensure the accuracy of the examination results and provide reliable image technical support for further treatment.
