Effect of Sinus Heart Rate Oscillations in Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective To study the effect of sinus heart rate oscillation in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Fifty-five elderly patients with chronic heart failure and thirty healthy physical examination subjects admit-ted to Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Seventh Division Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were conveniently selected as the study objects. The elderly patients with chronic heart failure were the observation group and the healthy subjects were the control group.24 h sinus heart rate concussion examination was performed in both groups. The relevant data of sinus heart rate oscillation were calculated to analyze the effect of sinus heart rate oscilla-tion test in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Results The higher the cardiac function dassification of patients, the higher the initial shock value, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular end-systolic diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular end-systolic volume, and the lower the shock slope value and left ventricular ejection fraction, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The initial shock value(0.48±0.11)%in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the shock slope value(2.16±0.22)ms/RR was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=5.430,22.355,both P<0.05).Conclusion Sinus heart rate turbulence suggests that there are significant differences in different cardiac func-tions in elderly patients with chronic heart failure, which can provide a basis for their treatment and prognosis.
