重复经颅磁刺激技术对精神分裂症患者症状及认知功能的影响

摘要
目的 分析精神分裂症患者行重复经颅磁刺激技术治疗对精神症状、认知功能的作用.方法 方便选取2021年3月—2024年1月福建省宁德市康复医院治疗的82例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,并按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例.对照组给予基础用药,观察组在对照组的基础上行重复经颅磁刺激技术,比较两组不同治疗时间的精神症状、认知功能以及社会功能.结果 治疗后,观察组精神症状得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组认知功能得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组社会功能量表总得分为(40.12±4.78)分,高于对照组的(35.93±6.27)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.402,P=0.001).结论 重复经颅磁刺激技术能够提高对精神分裂症患者精神症状的控制效果,并且对患者认知功能以及社会功能的改善有利.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on symptoms and cognitive function in schizophrenic patients.Methods Eighty-two schizophrenic patients treated in Fujian Ningde Rehabilita-tion Hospital from March 2021 to January 2024 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the method of randomized number table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given basic medication,and the observation group underwent repetitive transcranial mag-netic stimulation on the basis of the control group,comparing the psychiatric symptoms,cognitive function and social function of the two groups at different treatment times.Results After treatment,the mental symptoms score of the ob-servation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cognitive function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of social function scale in the observation group was(40.12±4.78)points,which was higher than(35.93±6.27)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.402,P=0.001).Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation technique can im-prove the effect of controlling psychiatric symptoms in schizophrenic patients,and it is favorable to the improvement of cognitive function as well as social function of patients.
