Diagnostic Value of Serum D-dimer and Myocardial Enzyme Profile in Acute Pulmonary Thromboembolism
Objective To analyze the value of serum D-dimer and myocardial enzyme profile in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary thromboembolism. Methods 50 patients with acute pulmonary thromboembolism admitted to the Second Af-filiated Hospital of Soochow University from February 2018 to November 2023 were simple randomly selected in the observation group, and 50 healthy subjects from the same period were included in the control group. The levels of as-partate transaminase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB(CK-MB),serum D-dimer and diagnostic effect were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB and serum D-dimer in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB com-bined with D-dimer in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary thromboembolism were 90.00%,90.00%,90.00%,and kappa was 0.8.Conclusion Myocardial enzyme profile combine with D-dimer in serum have high diagnostic value for acute pulmonary thromboembolism and can be used in clinical diagnosis.
