Analysis of the Effectiveness of Ambroxol Combined with Budesonide Nebulization Application in the Treatment of Neonatal Pneumonia
Objective To investigate the effect of the combination of ambroxol and budesonide in the treatment of neo-natal pneumonia.Methods 121 cases of pneumonia neonates admitted to Nanping Second Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table,the control group(n=60)was treated with ambroxol,and the observation group(n=61)was treated by budesonide nebulization based on the medication used in the control group.Compare the efficacy,in-flammatory factor level,immune function level and symptom disappearance time of the two groups.Results The clini-cal efficacy of the observation group(98.36%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.008,P<0.05).Before treatment,the inflammatory factor level of patients in the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after treatment,the inflammatory factor level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the immune function of the two groups of patients was compared,and the differ-ence was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after treatment,the immune function of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappear-ance time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of ambroxol and budesonide in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia can promote the improvement of inflammatory factors,enhance the immune function,and acceler-ate the speed of symptom disappearance,which has high application value.
