Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Sex Hormone Replacement Com-bined with Conventional Health Care on Perimenopausal Syndrome in Women
Objective To explore the value of administering sex hormone replacement therapy along with conventional health care treatment. Methods Sixty patients diagnosed with perimenopausal syndrome in Fuzhou Cangshan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 patients in each group by the random draw method. The control group was treated with conventional health care therapy, and the observation group was treated with conven-tional health care therapy combined with sex hormone replacement therapy. The clinical effects, hormone levels and symptom scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of 73.33%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.320,P=0.037).Compared with the control group, the observation group had relatively higher estradiol and lower luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Symptom score dimensions was lower in the observation group than in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of directing sex hormone replace-ment therapy in patients with perimenopausal syndrome based on the implementation of conventional health care is re-markable,which can lead to a good regulation of hormone levels and promote the reduction of symptoms.
