Analysis of the Efficacy of Clopidogrel Combined with Edaravone in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction
Objective To analyze the efficacy of clopidogrel combined with edaravone in the treatment of cerebral in-farction.Methods 150 cases of cerebral infarction patients admitted to Shanxian Central Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were randomly selected as research subjects,grouped by lottery method,75 cases in the control group were treated with clopidogrel,75 cases in the intervention group were treated with clopidogrel combined with edaravone,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of the intervention group(94.67%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.292,P<0.05).After treatment,the daily living ability and neurological function scores of the intervention group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the neuron-specific enolase,cysteine aspartate protease,homocysteine and inflammatory factor of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with edaravone in the treatment of cere-bral infarction,the effect is good,and has clinical value significance.
