Analysis of the Effect of Reduced Glutathione Combined with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B
Objective To analyze the effect of application of reduced glutathione+magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods 100 cases of CHB patients admitted to Xuzhou Mining Group General Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects, and were di-vided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,50 cases each. The control group was treated with reduced glutathione, and the observation group was treated with reduced glutathione+magne-sium isoglycyrrhizinate. The therapeutic effect, liver function, inflammation indexes, and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.332,P<0.05).After treatment, the liver function indexe of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 of the observation group were(5.61±1.54)mg/L and(8.57±2.15)ng/L,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(8.25±1.77)mg/L and(11.12±3.06)ng/L,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.957,4.821,both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(10.00%)was slightly higher than that in the control group(6.00%),but the differ-ence was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of CHB,the combination of reduced gluta-thione and magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate can promote the improvement of patients'liver function, reduce the body's inflammatory response, and enhance the therapeutic efficacy, and it will not increase the adverse effects of drugs.
