Therapeutic Effect of Magnesium Aluminum Carbonate+Esomeprazole+Helicobacter Pylori Radical Treatment Regimen on Patients with Gastric Ulcer and the Effect on Their Gastrointestinal Hormone Levels
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of magnesium aluminum carbonate+esomeprazole+Heli-cobacter pylori(Hp)radical treatment regimen on patients with gastric ulcers and the effect on their gastrointestinal hormone levels. Methods A total of 86 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to Anxi County Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine from August 2021 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the study subjects, and were divided into two groups of 43 patients each according to the random number table method. Both groups were treated with Hp radical treatment program,on this basis, the control group was treated with esomeprazole, and the observation group was treated with magnesium aluminum carbonate+esomeprazole.Comparison of the two groups'therapeutic effect, symptom improvement time, gastrointestinal hormone level and drug safety. Results The total effective rate of treat-ment in the observation group(95.35%)was higher than that in the control group(81.40%),and the difference was sta-tistically significant(x2=4.073,P=0.043).The Hp eradication time and ulcer healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treat-ment,three gastrointestinal hormones(gastrin-17,pepsinogen I and pepsinogen II)index values of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Com-parison of the incidence rate of adverse reaction between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Magnesium aluminum carbonate+esomeprazole+Hp radical treatment program for gastric ul-cer patients with better therapeutic effect, can effectively regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormones, and at the same time improve the patient's symptoms, the use of drugs with high safety.
