Analysis of Impact of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Undergoing Cardiac Stenting
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart dis-ease(CHD)undergoing cardiac stenting.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,the data of clinical of o150 pa-tients with CHD and cardiac stenting received in Shanxian Central Hospital were selected retrospectively.They were divided into two groups by nursing methods,with 75 patients in each group,routine nursing in the control group and comprehensive nursing intervention in the study group.The quality of life,compliance behavior,emotional score and satisfaction between the two groups were analyzed.Results The quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance behavior of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Nursing service satisfaction of the study group(97.33%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%),the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.797,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in CHD and cardiac stenting patients is significant,can im-prove compliance behavior,daily life quality,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
