Study on Key Factors of Nursing for Early Tracheotomy in Patients with Severe Cerebrovascular Disease
Objective To analyze the nursing factors of patients with severe cerebrovascular disease during early tra-cheotomy.Methods This study conveniently selected 91 patients with severe cerebrovascular disease who underwent early tracheotomy in Jiyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jinan City from October 2021 to May 2023 as the study object.According to the nursing method, they were divided into two groups:control group(n=45)ad-opted conventional nursing mode, observation group(n=46)adopted comprehensive nursing mode. The quality of life, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.35%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.244,P<0.05).Total nursing satisfaction in the ob-servation group was 97.83%,which was higher than that in the control group(82.22%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(x2=4.587,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in early tracheotomy for patients with severe cerebrovascular disease can improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and further improve the satisfaction of patients.
