Effect of Systemic Functional Training Combined with Nursing Interven-tion on Rehabilitation of Patients Undergoing Total Hip Replacement with Femoral Head Necrosis and Pain Degree
Objective To explore the effect of systemic functional training combined with nursing intervention in reha-bilitation nursing of patients with femoral head necrosis undergoing total hip replacement. Methods A total of 100 pa-tients with femoral head necrosis who received total hip replacement in Liaocheng People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group by ran-dom number table method. The reference group received routine nursing, and the study group received systematic functional training on the basis of routine nursing. The living activity ability, pain degree and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in living activ-ity scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the score of living activity in the study group was higher than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group(2.00%)was lower than that of the control group(12.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.118,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of systematic functional training and nursing intervention in the rehabilitation intervention of total hip replacement in pa-tients with femoral head necrosis is helpful to the recovery of hip function, reduce the degree of rehabilitation pain, and obtain an ideal prognosis.
