Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients undergoing Artificial Bipolar Femoral Head Replacement
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)in patients undergoing artificial bipolar femoral head replacement(BFHR).Methods A total of 88 patients who received BFHR treatment in Wucheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the study ob-jects and divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group(44 cases)received routine nursing, and the study group(44 cases)received CNP nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)score, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the positive coping dimension score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the negative coping dimension score was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 2.27%,which was lower than that in the control group(18.18%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.456,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 95.45%,which was higher than that in the control group(79.55%),the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.091,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of CNP in the nursing of BFHR patients can effectively enhance the disease coping ability, reduce the risk of postoperative com-plications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
