Analysis of Effect of Chinese Medicine Stick Acupoint Massage Combined with Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Symptom Improvement of Patients with Shoulder Periarthritis
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine stick acupoint massage combined with comprehensive nursing intervention on symptom improvement of patients with shoulder periarthritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with shoulder periarthritis treated in Liping County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from No-vember 2022 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received compre-hensive nursing,and the observation group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine stick acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The improvement of shoulder joint motion,pain and quality of life before and after inter-vention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant dif-ferences in shoulder motion score,pain score and quality of life score between the two groups(all P>0.05).After inter-vention,the score of shoulder joint motion in the observation group was(2.28±0.85)points,which was lower than(3.56±1.21)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.741,P<0.001);the pain score was(2.36±0.52)points,lower than the control group's(3.63±0.67)points,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(t=8.202,P<0.001);the quality of life score was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine stick acupoint massage combined with comprehensive nursing in patients with shoulder periarthritis has a significant intervention effect,which can promote rehabilitation,re-duce pain and improve life quality,and has a high clinical reference value.
