Effect of Surgical Treatment Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilita-tion Nursing on Patients with Lower Extremity Varicose Veins
Objective To study the effect of surgical treatment combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with lower extremity varicose veins.Methods A total of 104 patients with lower extremity varicose veins treated in vascular surgery department of Tai'an 88 Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into study group and control group,52 cases each.Both groups received surgical treatment,the control group received routine nursing,the study group re-ceived comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The duration of pain,swelling and hospitalization in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The level of D-dimer in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood routine indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can not only reduce the pain and swelling of patients,but also improve the D-dimer level of patients and improve the clinical effect.
