Application Value of Stepped Health Education Combined with Refined Nursing Intervention in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis during Hospital-ization
Objective To explore the effect of stepped health education combined with refined nursing on patients with acute pancreatitis during hospitalization. Methods A total of 78 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the Affili-ated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from March 2020 to November 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with thirty-nine cases each by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received stepped health education combined with refined nursing.Self-care ability, mental state improvement and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the self-care ability score of the observation group was(158.45±11.27)points,which was higher than(129.14±13.25)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.523,P<0.05).Anxiety scores was(38.64±4.45)points and depression scores was(37.45±4.21)points in the observation group, which were lower than(46.56±4.43)points and(45.64±4.34)points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.877,8.459,both P<0.05).After nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When patients with acute pancreatitis are hospitalized, the combination of stepped health education and refined nursing can effectively im-prove their self-care ability and nursing satisfaction, which is conducive to the improvement of the disease.
