Analysis of Nursing Effect of Huolongguan Moxibustion Combined with Auricular Point Pressure Bean on Insomnia Patients after Liver and Kid-ney Deficiency Type Stroke(Cerebral Infarction Recovery Period)
Objective To explore the nursing effect of the combination of fire dragon pot moxibustion and ear point pressure on insomnia patients after liver and kidney deficiency type stroke(cerebral infarction recovery period).Meth-ods A total of 30 patients with insomnia after liver and kidney deficiency stroke(cerebral infarction recovery stage)ad-mitted to the cerebral rehabilitation department of Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and con-trol group according to random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Auricular point pressure bean nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with Huolongguan moxibus-tion combined with Auricular point pressure bean nursing intervention.The quality of sleep,quality of life and nursing satisfaction after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The score of Special Stroke Quality of Life Scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huolongguan moxibustion combined with Auricular point pressure bean can im-prove the sleep quality of patients and improve the quality of life.
