Application and Satisfaction Analysis of Humanistic Care Nursing in Abor-tion Patients
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of humanistic care nursing for abortion patients.Methods A total of 98 abortion patients admitted to Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were conveniently selected as study objects and divided into two groups of 49 patients each by lottery.The control group was administered conventional nursing care,and the study group was administered humanistic care nursing.Nursing satisfaction,compliance,sleep quality,and negative emotions were compared between the two groups.Results Nursing care satisfaction in the study group(97.96%)was higher than that in the control group(81.63%),and the dif-ference was statistically better(x2=7.127,P<0.05).The total compliance of the study group(95.92%)was higher than that of the control group(79.59%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing care,the sleep quality score of the study group was(5.18±1.53)points,which was lower than(8.43±2.72)points of the control group,and the negative mood scores was(15.32±2.65)points and(14.20±2.08)points,which were lower than the con-trol group's(19.43±3.06)points and(18.39±2.61)points,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Administering humanistic care to abortion patients is conducive to nursing satisfaction and adher-ence,which can lead to improvement of sleep quality and negative emotions.
