Effects of Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Edaravone on Plasma Lysophosphatidic Acid Levels in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To investigate the effects of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Edaravone on plasma lyso-phosphatidic acid levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2023 were ran-domly selected as the study objects, and were divided into treatment group and control group according to different treatment methods, with forty cases in each group. The control group was treated with Edaravone, and the treatment group was treated with modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Edaravone. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in plasma lyso-phosphatidic acid level between 2 groups(P>0.05).At 3,5,7 and 14 days after treatment, the plasma lysophospha-tidic acid level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 92.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.501,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Edaravone can effectively reduce the level of plasma lyso-phosphatidic acid and inhibit platelet aggregation in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
