Research on the Practice and Progress of Dewhite Blood Cell Suspension Red Blood Cell Transfusion Technology in Emergency Blood Transfusion
Red blood cell suspension refers to the remaining red blood cell suspension after separating white blood cells,which is suitable for emergency blood transfusion in large numbers of patients with blood loss.White blood cells can cause the spread of related viruses and mediate transfusion reactions.Removing white blood cells can ensure the safety of blood transfusions for patients.This article studies the methods of removing white blood cells in suspended red blood cell transfusion.The white blood cell removal rate and recovery rate of different methods vary.The prepara-tion of suspended red blood cells mainly uses third-generation white blood cell removal filters,with a white blood cell removal rate exceeding 99%.The materials used in the fourth generation white blood cell filters are more diverse,and related research is gradually being carried out,requiring more sufficient clinical evidence.Effective removal of white blood cells is of great practical significance for suspended red blood cell transfusion,as it can prevent allogeneic im-munity to human leukocyte antigen,reduce fever related non hemolytic transfusion related reactions,reduce the risk of white blood cell related infectious diseases,and prevent graft-versus-host disease after transfusion.
