Exploring the Clinical Effect of Azithromycin Sequential Combined with Glucocorticoid Nebulized Inhalation for the Treatment of Pediatric Myco-plasma Pneumonia
Objective To analyze the effect of azithromycin sequential combined with glucocorticoid nebulized inhala-tion in pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 124 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Lanzhou Chengguan District People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of random number table,each with 62 cases.The control group was given azithromycin sequential treatment,and the observation group was given glucocorticoid nebulized inhalation treatment on the basis of the control group treatment,and the treatment ef-fects of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group(96.77%)was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.905,P<0.05).The disappearance time of each symptom in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The peak expiratory flow,maximal mid-expiratory flow rate,and force vital capac-ity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;procalcitonin,hypersensitive C-reactive pro-tein,and white blood cell count in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared in both groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the process of carrying out the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia,combined azithromycin sequential with glucocorticoid nebulized inhalation,it can improve chinical efficacy,and can significantly reduce inflammation,improve lung func-tion and quality of life,the treatment plan also has a high safety value.
