Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Gallbladder Stones with Chronic Cholecystitis
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallbladder stones with chronic cholecystitis.Methods 76 patients with gallbladder stones and chronic cholecystitis admitted to Suining County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as study ob-jects and divided into the control group(n=38,open abdominal surgery)and the observation group(n=38,laparoscopic cholecystectomy)based on the random number table method to compare the clinical efficacy.Results After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment efficiency was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(0)was lower than that of the con-trol group(23.68%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.066,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical for gallbladder stones and chronic cholecystitis patients using laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment effect is remark-able,treatment efficiency is high,the rate of complications is low,the safety and effectiveness has been fully guaran-teed,and the quality of life of the patients is improved to a higher degree,so that the patients can return to health as soon as possible,and it has a higher value of clinical application.
