Application of Autologous Blood Transfusion in Femur Fracture Surgery
Objective To analyze the effect of autologous blood transfusion in femur fracture operation. Methods A to-tal of eighty-two patients with femoral fracture surgery admitted to Xuzhou Renci Hospital from April 2023 to Febru-ary 2024 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group was forty-one cases with allogeneic blood transfusion, and the observation group was forty-one cases with autologous blood transfusion.Blood coagulation index, blood oxygenation index and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Before and after operation, there was no statistically significant difference in coagulation indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After blood transfusion, the carbon dioxide fraction of the ob-servation group was lower than that of the control group, and the oxygen partial pressure was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of fever in the observation group was 2.44%,which was lower than 19.51%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.493,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of allergy, heart rate<50 beats/min,hypotension and venous thrombosis between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion Autologous blood transfusion during femur fracture surgery can improve blood oxygenation function, reduce the fever rate after transfusion, and does not cause coagulation abnormalities.
