Clinical Effect of Abdominal CT in Diagnosis of Colon Neoplastic Intesti-nal Obstruction
Objective To analyze the effect of abdominal CT in the diagnosis of colon neoplastic intestinal obstruction. Methods Fifty patients with suspected colon neoplastic intestinal obstruction admitted to Yongzhou Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were simple randomly selected as the study objects, and pathological di-agnosis was used as the gold standard. At the same time, the patients were given abdominal CT and X-ray diagnosis, and the diagnostic efficiency of abdominal CT in colon neoplastic intestinal obstruction was analyzed. Results The positive rate of pathological examination was 90.00%,the positive rate of abdominal CT and X-ray examination was 88.00%and 70.00%,respectively.The sensitivity(95.56%),accuracy(94.00%)and negative predictive value(66.67%)of abdominal CT diagnosis were significantly higher than those of X-ray diagnosis(68.89%,64.00%,6.67%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=10.945,13.562,8.505,all P<0.05).There was no statisti-cally significant difference in the specificity and positive predictive value of CT diagnosis and X-ray diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion Abdominal CT is effective in the diagnosis of colon neoplastic intestinal obstruction and has high application efficiency.
