目的 研究治疗阿尔茨海默病时美金刚联合甘露特纳与多奈哌齐对认知功能影响.方法 随机选取2022年1月—2023年5月于江苏省盐城市第四人民医院神经内科就诊的60例阿尔茨海默病患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组30例.观察组采用美金刚联合甘露特纳治疗,对照组采用美金刚联合多奈哌齐治疗.对比两组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal Cognitive Assessment,MoCA)、日常生活能力评定量表(Activity of Daily Living Scale,ADL)、简易智力状态检查量表(Mini-mental State Examination,MMSE)、病理行为评定量表(Behavioral Pathology in Alzheimer's Disease Rating Scale,BEHAVE-AD)评分及不良反应发生率.结果 观察组MoCA评分(21.45±2.76)分、ADL评分(78.21±4.68)分、MMES评分(23.31±3.14)分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).观察组BEHAVE-AD评分(48.24±3.38)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.553,P<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率(6.67%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 与美金刚联合多奈哌齐治疗相比,采用美金刚联合甘露特纳治疗阿尔茨海默病患者,对于改善认知功能作用效果相当,但对精神症状改善效果较好,且不良反应少.
Comparison of Effects of Memantine Combined with Mannitna and Done-pezil on Cognitive Function of Patients with Alzheimer's Disease
Objective To investigate the effects of memantine combined with mannitna and Donepezil on cognitive function in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.Methods A total of sixty patients with Alzheimer's disease treated in the Department of Neurology of Yancheng Fourth People's Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were randomly se-lected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with thirty patients in each group.The observation group was treated with memantine combined with mannitna,and the control group was treated with memantine combined with donepezil.The score of Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA),Activity of Daily Living scale(ADL),Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE),Behavioral Pathology in Alzheimer's Disease Rat-ing Scale(BEHAVE-AD)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The MoCA score was(21.45±2.76)points,ADL score was(78.21±4.68)points and MMES score was(23.31±3.14)points in the observation group and compared with control group,the difference was no statistically significant(all P>0.05).The BEHAVE-AD score of the observation group[(48.24±3.38)points]was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.553,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(6.67%)was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with memantine combined with Donepezil,memantine combined with mannitna in the treatment of Al-zheimer's disease has the same effect on improving cognitive function,but has a better effect on improving mental symptoms and fewer adverse reactions.
