硫酸亚铁叶酸片联合维生素C治疗妊娠妇女贫血的临床价值分析

摘要
目的 研讨硫酸亚铁叶酸片与维生素C联用对妊娠妇女贫血的治疗价值.方法 便利选取2021年3月—2023年12月经福清市第三医院确诊贫血的134例妊娠妇女为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,每组67例.对照组予以硫酸亚铁联合维生素C方案治疗,观察组予以硫酸亚铁叶酸片联合维生素C方案用药.比较两组疗效、贫血指标以及妊娠结局.结果 观察组治疗总有效率(95.52%)高于对照组(85.07%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.174,P=0.041).治疗后,观察组贫血指标高于对照组,观察组不良妊娠结局发生率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 硫酸亚铁叶酸片联合维生素C能够提升妊娠妇女贫血的治疗效果,更有效减轻贫血程度,进而获得更理想的妊娠结局.
Abstract
Objective To study the therapeutic value of ferrous sulfate and folic acid tablets combined with vitamin C for anemia in pregnant women.Methods A total of one hundred and thirty-four pregnant women diagnosed with ane-mia in Fuqing Third Hospital from March 2021 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,each group had sixty-seven cases.The control group was given ferrous sulfate combined with vitamin C regimen,and the observation group was given ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets combined with vitamin C regimen.The efficacy,anemia index and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group(95.52%)was higher than that of control group(85.07%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.174,P=0.041).After treatment,the anemia index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Ferrous sulfate and folic acid tablets combined with vitamin C can improve the treatment effect of anemia in pregnant women,more effectively reduce the degree of anemia,and then obtain a better pregnancy outcome.
