Effect of Acetyl Cysteine Combined with Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation on Neonatal Pneumonia
Objective To explore the effect of acetyl cysteine combined with budesonide on neonatal pneumonia by aerosol inhalation.Methods Basic data of seventy-two children with neonatal pneumonia admitted to Ningde Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from December 2020 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected,and di-vided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36)according to different treatment measures.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with acetyl cysteine combined with budesonide.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=3.960,P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,the level of serum inflammatory factors and blood gas indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acetyl cysteine combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation during the treatment of neonatal pneumonia is ideal,which can shorten the time of disappearance of clinical symp-toms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and improve blood gas analysis index.
