Effect of Rebamipide Combined with Esomeprazole in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer
Objective To investigate the efficacy of rebamipide and esomeprazole in the treatment of patients with gas-tric ulcer.Methods The clinical data of ninety patients with gastric ulcer admitted to Yantai Yeda Hospital from Feb-ruary 2019 to November 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treat-ment methods,with forty-five cases in each group.The control group received rebamipide alone,and the observation group combined with esomeprazole on the basis of control group.Gastrointestinal hormone levels and clinical symp-toms were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,gastrointestinal hormone levels in both groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal distension,acid reflux,belching,heart-burn and stomach pain in the observation group were(1.49±0.25)points,(1.63±0.28)points,(1.12±0.19)points,(1.27±0.26)points and(1.19±0.24)points,respectively,lower than the control group(2.27±0.36)points,(2.19±0.4)points,(1.63±0.28)points,(1.92±0.43)points,(1.83±0.42)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.938,7.321,10.110,7.677,8.875,all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Rebamipide and esomeprazole is effective in patients with gastric ulcer.
