Analysis of the Value of Combination of Budesonide and Salbutamol in the Treatment of Asthmatic Bronchopneumonia
Objective To explore the effect of budesonide combined with salbutamol in the treatment of asthmatic children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 79 children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia treated in Sansui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2023 to February 2024 were conveniently selected as the study objects.They were divided into combined group(n=40)and conventional group(n=39)by blind bicolor ball method.The conventional group received conventional treatment,and the combined group was treated with budesonide and salbutamol based on the conventional group.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,blood gas analysis level,inflammatory factor level and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of combined group(97.50%)was higher than that of conventional group(84.62%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.059,P<0.05).The disappearance time of high fever,cough,rales and asthma in the combined group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the levels of blood gas analysis and inflammatory factors were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with salbutamol in the treatment of asthmatic children with bronchopneumonia can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,accelerate symptoms improuement and improve blood gas analysis level,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and the treatment safety is good.
