Clinical Effect of Flupentixol Melitracen Table in Functional Gastrointesti-nal Disease Patients
Objective To investigate the effect of flupentixol melitracen tablets in patients with functional gastrointesti-nal disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with functional gastrointestinal disease admitted to Sanming Second Hos-pital from October 2020 to October 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups by using random number table method:control group(50 cases,conventional treatment)and study group(50 cases,flupentixol melitracen tablets treatment on the basis of the control group).The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2=6.061,P<0.05).After treatment,the score of gastrointestinal symptoms in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For pa-tients with functional gastrointestinal disease,the choice of flupentixol melitracen tablets has better effect and high safety.
